Sustainable Finance and Green Investment

Sustainable finance is a concept that aims to fight global warming by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. This idea of sustainable finance was reinforced with the signing of the Paris agreements during COP21 in 2015. After the signing of the Paris agreements, sustainable finance is recognized as essential to the transition to a greener society.

2023 will be a historic year for the UAE. The country is going to host the 28th session of the Conference of Parties (COP 28). The main goals will focus on achieving sustainability and encouraging global cooperation to address global issues.

In this context, we will organize a conference to see to what extent sustainable finance is the best investment alternative? and what are the most effective tools to encourage companies to adopt more green investment?
